In this episode of Fremont Biz, we had a blast with Brian Fabel of Fabel’s Furniture, a fine craftsman and all-around cool guy. Brian has an impressive story of transitioning from various office jobs to working full-time in his woodshop. We dove deep into his journey and discovered how fulfilling it has been for him to pursue his passion for woodworking.
But this episode wasn’t just about work… it took an emotional and philosophical turn, as Brian opened up about life’s transitions and what it means to find joy in craftsmanship. We had lots of laughter, too, with a fun ‘show and tell’ segment featuring Brian’s beautifully crafted cutting boards. And yes, we may or may not have used some straws, an apple, and a knife during the podcast – hopefully all safely!
