Michael (Mike) Marshall always WOWs whoever he is near! Mike always, yes, always greets people with a smile. He is such a great role model of dedication to this facility, his staff and the residents that he serves. Mike is not afraid of new challenges and accepts them with ease and enthusiasm. Mike can find the positive in any situation and spreads his positivity like butter! He has a great sense of humor that he loves to share. He is extremely supportive of staff and it is obvious that in his eyes, every person matters. You’re very much appreciated, Mike. Thank you for the diligence and ambition that you put forth into your role as Guide to the Clover Cottage. You Rock!
